This house was truly indescribable — everything in the photos is 100% accurate! The home is incredibly cozy, fully equipped, and even the kitchen items exceeded my expectations. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The pool overlooking an almost private beach feels luxurious, and the water is wonderfully warm. The beaches in Exuma are the most beautiful I have ever seen. The host was excellent, answering all of our questions promptly. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Amazing house and location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. We didn’t experience any power outages, but this house has a whole house automatic standby generator which is a really nice benefit. Centrally located on the island, but still close to Georgetown and the airport. We never heard any planes during our stay. Booking and communication throughout with the home owner was easy. This house is a easy 10 rating.

Our family and some friends take yearly trips to various destinations around the US and Caribbean, and this property is officially our favorite we’ve ever rented! The house is lovely, clean, modern, and well-equipped. It’s 3 minutes from the airport, but feels tucked away and remote! We had both a pool and the ocean at our fingertips, and it felt like we almost had a private beach to ourselves! We appreciated the stocked kitchen (cookware, spices, and even multicolored yeti-style branded cups!), plentiful seating, and especially the sound system that allowed us to connect and play music throughout the house (and outside) from an iPhone. The beds were comfy and the towels were of good quality. And, though there is tons of natural light throughout because of tall windows and high ceilings, there were blackout curtains in every room to ensure we could sleep in! (Essential on vacation!) I cannot say enough about this property – we’re already talking about renting it again!! Five stars, hands down.

Absolutely fabulous. We had a lovely stay. Quiet, right on the beach and with top of the range amenities. All very new. The pool is heated which was lovely. The beach was mostly deserted so felt like we had 5km of beach to ourselves. It was like staying in a 5 star resort but having all our own space. Also the booking process was super simple and the host incredibly responsive. We’d recommend to couples, as well as families with children and anyone wanting a top notch place to stay in Exuma
